From my heart to yours

Narc Off was born from a very personal place in my life. For years, I found myself trapped in a relationship with someone whose narcissistic behavior caused deep pain—not just for me, but also for our children. The constant battles, especially the legal ones, seemed never-ending. Each step forward felt like two steps back, and the system that was supposed to protect us often failed to recognize the true nature of the abuse we were enduring. The emotional toll was exhausting.

I reached a point where I knew I needed to turn this pain into something meaningful—not just for myself, but for others who might be feeling just as isolated and worn down as I was. That’s when Narc Off came to life. I wanted to create something that could bring a bit of light to those dark moments, something that could make survivors feel seen and supported.

Narc Off is my way of reaching out to you, whether you’re a survivor of narcissistic abuse yourself, or someone standing by the side of a loved one who’s going through it. I know how overwhelming it can be when the people around you don’t understand the complexities of what you’re dealing with, and how frustrating it is when the system overlooks the subtle but devastating impact of emotional and psychological abuse.

Through Narc Off, I hope to offer not just products, but a sense of connection. Each design is created with the intention of empowering you, of reminding you that you’re not alone in this journey. Whether it’s a statement on a T-shirt or a message on a mug, I want you to feel that you’re part of a community that truly gets it. We’ve been through it, too, and we’re here to support one another.

But Narc Off is more than just my story—it’s about all of us. It’s about building a community where we can share our experiences, lift each other up, and push for the changes we need in a system that too often leaves victims on their own. Together, we can create something powerful, a movement that not only brings awareness to the realities of narcissistic abuse but also advocates for real protection and support for those who need it most.
